Entertainment disclaimer

We provide casino-themed entertainment for private and corporate events. Chips, cards and play money are props with no monetary value. We do not provide online gambling, online betting, remote casino gaming or real-money wagering through this website or at our events.

Offline, in-person nature

All activities are delivered face to face at a physical venue. Guests must attend in person; nothing is streamed or hosted remotely.

Enquiries and service descriptions

An enquiry does not create a booking. Service descriptions explain what a format usually includes; your event's scope is whatever we confirm in writing.

Prices and availability

Figures shown are starting prices. Final pricing depends on duration, guest count, selected options, venue requirements and complexity. Dates are subject to availability.

Booking and payment

A date is reserved once we confirm it in writing and the agreed deposit is received; the balance is payable as set out in that confirmation. Payments are arranged directly with us, never on this website.

Cancellations

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are stated in your written confirmation, and deposits may be non-refundable where staffing or materials are already committed. If circumstances outside our control prevent an event, we will offer an alternative date.

Venue requirements

We need agreed access for setup and removal, adequate space, safe power and a room suited to the guest numbers. At a client's own location, the client is responsible for permissions and suitability.

Guest conduct

• Guests should follow reasonable instructions from our hosts and venue staff
• We may pause an activity if behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive
• Guests under the age of majority must be supervised by an adult

Intellectual property and liability

Text, images, layout and branding on this site belong to Kasynowinnerzone and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. We take care in preparing this site and delivering our services, but do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Links to external sites, such as maps and messaging services, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content. These terms may be revised as our services develop; the version published here applies.
