All bookings are arranged directly with our team. There is no online checkout on this website, and no payment of any kind is processed here.

Conditions

What We Need From You

A short, honest list so there are no surprises when we get to the confirmation stage.

  • Dates are held only once we confirm availability in writing
  • A deposit is required to secure the date; the balance is due as agreed before the event
  • Final guest numbers should be confirmed at least seven days in advance
  • We need access to the space in advance for setup, typically two to three hours
  • Adult supervision is required where guests under the age of majority attend
  • Cancellations and date changes are handled according to our written terms
